Day 122
Good Friday yet felt like a Saturday.
Slept in and it feeels so good
But idling around the hosue probably made it very bad
Weather was so hot, contemplated going to the beach for a run… but then thought of the cost of driving down and just overall cbb-ness decided against it
Nonetheless worked out my deltoids at home. I swear those matrix roll presses are muscular endurance exercises from the depths of hell… HAHA damn hurt lah
Just as long as I can keep this up consistently, I’ll be that bit more better

Wasn’t sure if I was going to hit the gym in the morning
obviosuly me sleeping in wasn’t the case
and now i feel fat cause i had dimsum for lunch and pizza for dinner….
i’ll make it up tmrw
Day 119
Woke up this morning (7/4) and thought stuff it AGAIN….
But little did I know driving home I felt the urge to put my prejudice against gymming in the evening cause it’s so busy aside and went on anyways.
I still hate gymming in the evening cause it is too busy but I went on to smash my legs since most ppl dont’ care too much about it anywya.
Leg pressing 120kg following the matrix workout, certainly solid work there… and waiting for the squat rack to be free because it was used by twits doing bicep curls on it? Not only that with very pooor form throwing their back into it.
Oh well, then I thought might as well make up for my chest and went on to do some bench presses and dumbell flys… didn’t finish the entire workout though cause someone took over the bench press when i moved onto theĀ inclined press.
Drove home and thought why not just go for a run..
So I did…
Before i began my run, I thought lets do hillsprints and so I did
5x hillsprints plus 12reps of squats at the top of each sprints
after the last set of squats I thought lets make it to a total of 100 reps to make up for my lack of squats at the gym and so I pulled out 50 more and failed at maths cause that made it to a 110

Day 108 – Day 118
I should really stop doing this but when I slack of to go the gym I find it even more depressing to blog about it because it’ll just involve me lamenting that I’m lazy and unmotivated of which most of the time I am…
Anyway within that period I didn’t go to the gym… obviously
but I did play maybe a couple gaems of squahs and indoor soccer, so it wasn’t all bad
Day 107
Woke up this morning with a stomach ache and thought oh no worries i’ll just go chuck a shit and i’ll be fine.
But hte thing was I couldn’t be bothered going to the toilet so I just suffered through the pain in bed and msised going to the gym.
Oh well made up for it in a way not too long ago just doing standing tricep presses in my backyard. Not quite as intense as the matrix workout, but it will suffice for so late in the night anwyays.
The way I see it, at the very least put in the hardwork on my chest, legs, shoulders and back days I should be well covered because the exercises on those days are complex enough to be a complete workout.
So on tricep days like today if I don’t make it to the gym, I’ll suplement it with a light workout at home so I don’t burn myself out, and maybe go for a quick run.

my shoes should be arriving in the mail very soon!
Day 106
Woke up and immediately went back to sleep, woke up again and decided screw it I’m not going to the gym this morning, i’ll make it up at night.
Due in part to the fact I’m sore as anything.
When I’m walking, I looked liked some guy who had his arsehole ravaged and ripped out cause my legs were so sore.
Taking off and putting on my shirt was such an effort.
Oh well doesn’t matter, I still pulled of a few sets of barbell bicep curls before dinner even though dinner wasn’t all that healthy consisting of pizza and coke….
Here’s to tmrw morning waking up early to ravage my triceps!

Day 105
Two day streak! COME ON!
Still had to snooze around for a little bit for about 45 minutes this morning but hopefully I’ll develop a habit of waking up on the first buzz of my alarm.
Woke up still sore in my chest, but no matter today I was more concerned with my legs.
As much as I love working out my legs, and I espouse the virtues of squats, but boy do I always struggle with seeing the entire workout through. Must be cause it’s such and ardous thing. But boy did it feel good getting back into it squatting hard and pressing hard. At least for my squats I think my lower back is my weak point and not my legs. Gotta get that back into shape. Just gotta stick at it and it’ll be there!
After finishing workout was such a mission to just descend the stairs outta the gym.. must have been good
Okay going to sleep sooon and wake up refresh for tmrw’s workout
Day 104
YES!
I woke up this morning and woke up feeling rested and energised.
Good start to my resumption of gymming.
Decided I might as well just go back once agian to the begining stages of hte matrix principle and did my chest.
Felt like a pussy again using such light weights but oh well.
Got home and my chest was burning, and even now it feels a bit sore when engaging the muscles like taking my shirt off to take a picture of myself again as a ‘few weeks past month 3′

Day 067 – Day 103
Goodness me
the time I’ve spent slacking off alreayd if i went to the gym even once or twice a week i’ll be a much better man
If i even kept it up since day 1 i owuld be an even better man
not that i ddin’t do muhc sprot, played a few games of indoor, some squash a bit of running here and there that’s about it
I will start tmrw, and i’ll take a picture tmrw
and I’m really tempted to restart this as day 001
but that doenst relaly do much, this is a much more honest account for hwne i look back to thie period of extreme slacking
