Day 119

Woke up this morning (7/4) and thought stuff it AGAIN….

But little did I know driving home I felt the urge to put my prejudice against gymming in the evening cause it’s so busy aside and went on anyways.

I still hate gymming in the evening cause it is too busy but I went on to smash my legs since most ppl dont’ care too much about it anywya.

Leg pressing 120kg following the matrix workout, certainly solid work there… and waiting for the squat rack to be free because it was used by twits doing bicep curls on it? Not only that with very pooor form throwing their back into it.

Oh well, then I thought might as well make up for my chest and went on to do some bench presses and dumbell flys… didn’t finish the entire workout though cause someone took over the bench press when i moved onto theĀ  inclined press.

Drove home and thought why not just go for a run..

So I did…

Before i began my run, I thought lets do hillsprints and so I did

5x hillsprints plus 12reps of squats at the top of each sprints

after the last set of squats I thought lets make it to a total of 100 reps to make up for my lack of squats at the gym and so I pulled out 50 more and failed at maths cause that made it to a 110

Not that its bad anyway :)
